The Nuxe team wanted to provide to their consumer not only a powerful and easy way to engage but to understand their skin better that would also stimulate the purchase intent in seconds. At the same time as building a platform to help the consumer to take ownership of their skin health with three core challenges in the project:
1) Diagnose with a physical tool that must be very easy to use, engaging for the consumer, providing precise results, and letting the consumer understand the readings.
2) Be able to retrieve information that can provide the perfect product recommendation and track the changes of the consumer’s skin periodically.
3) To transform an expensive dermatologists’ tool into a consumer-facing solution.
USP’s developed for the team a multi-tester that did a complete diagnosis of the consumer’s skin using the Skin Type Tester, Pore Indicator, Hydration, and 2D Wrinkle Test technologies. The strips deliver a dimensional visualization of the skin’s surface structure and condition within seconds when used simultaneously.
