The AS Watson team Netherlands decided they wanted to connect with and convert consumers that do not usually purchase their products on ICI PARIS XL. They wanted to send out a post to the consumers but needed a tool that would engage and compel them to go onto the website to purchase the product specific to their need.
USP Solutions team developed two testers using our Skin Type Tester technology that measured the skin type of the consumer. Then using the added QR code the consumer would be directed to the website where they could browse for their perfect personal care product based on the results.
