As an exclusively online provider, Dermoshop now wanted to look into expanding its coaching and advisory skincare services for its customers. At the same time, they wanted to collect information about their customers’ skin types, routines and well-being over the different seasons. Their goal was to collect this data from consumers, so they educate themselves about their consumer’s needs, that in turn helped them to better understand the consumer and offer a more personalised service.
They needed a tool that could haptically help them to truly understand their consumers skin needs.
USP Solutions designed and developed a branded 2 technology card that measured the consumers hydration and at the same time evaluated the skin type thus educating the Dermoshop team of each individual consumer’s requirements.
