To promote their wonder ingredients that are specific to different skin types, the Sephora team wanted to run an activation in 8 countries of Europe. They wanted an activation tool to push services, products, and skincare products in a specific period of time. USP developed a customized Skin Type Test that did just that. It engaged and diagnosed the consumers’ skin type so that the correct product could be offered to the consumer.
