They came to USP with a requirement for a customer engagement solution that needed to be easy to use and convincing used in conjunction with their devices in the POS. The tool had to be easy for their sales staff to handle and be accurate.

The USP Solutions rose to the challenge by translating Skinlabs needs with our two powerful tools that answered their exact needs. The Skin Sebum tester and Skin Hydration tester were combined in a multitester demo card that was easy to use and enabled their sales representatives to easily present their device and convince the client of its efficacy. These tools further enabled the pharmacies to start a conversation and diagnose the need of the consumer. This lead to trust in the expertise of the pharmacist and increased their sale.
