As part of a massive marketing campaign for their cleanser range, the CeraVe team in the US faced a unique challenge – finding an engaging tool that could accurately diagnose individual consumer’s skin types and recommend the best CeraVe cleanser variant based on those results. They wanted to empower consumers by providing them with insights about their skin type and educate them about the CeraVe’s product variant that would work best for their unique needs and concerns.
