The marketing team of Elizabeth Arden Switzerland needed a powerful tool for their consumers to see what kind of skin concerns he/she currently has. This information could then be used to combine their product variants together in order for the consumer to get its optimized effect. Thereby by using the theme “Targeting Skin Solution”, they wanted to give a skin concerns diagnostic at the POS and then make a recommendation based on the results.

Using three technologies from their portfolio USP developed a demo card with three testers so the consumer could discover their individual skin concerns and get their best day and night routine recommended. The experience was gamified with the use of the scratch-off surface to let consumer uncover their unique routine. The demo developed was engaging, educated the consumer and helped them find the best skin care regime for them.
