Johnson & Johnson Philippines was looking for a demo tool that could demonstrate the hydration level of a child’s skin– within seconds. Additionally, the goal was for the tool to be fun and engaging for children to use. The team was looking for a DEMO tool which could demonstrate the hydration level of a child’s skin easily, reliably and within just seconds. Furthermore, the test was supposed to be fun, too.
The USP Solutions’ challenge was to translate J&J’s needs to a brand activation tool that enabled consumers to touch and feel the brand. The experts at USP Solutions knew that in order to create and support brand loyalty, they had to find a way to engage the consumers’ senses.
USP Solutions developed concepts, which were sent to the J&J marketing team for review. The experts at USP Solutions proposed that the Hydration Test was the best technological match for this campaign.
Once it was decided how the haptic tester experience could be implemented in the campaign, USP took complete responsibility, handling everything from artwork creation to printing and on-time delivery.
