Most of our projects begin in a workshop. Demo Upskilling is one journey with four formats - Discover, Ignite, Master, Scale - where teams learn to think in proof and the claims worth demonstrating come to the surface.

Workshop Formats
Every format grows from the same root: turning product claims into proof audiences can see and believe. Each format does a different job, and each one naturally leads into the next.

Who it’s for
For teams meeting demo thinking for the first time - marketing, innovation, R&D, commercial or education, together in one room.
For teams with a concrete product, claim or communication challenge on the table right now.
For experienced brand, R&D and innovation teams who want proof thinking to live inside the organization - not only inside single projects.
For organizations that want demo capability across many brands, markets and new team members - without flying everyone into one room.
What happens
An energizing introduction to the world of Omni Demonstrations. Your teams see how strong demos are built, experience relevant physical and digital examples live, and leave aligned on why visible proof changes how audiences believe claims.
A hands-on working session applied to one real brief. Together we translate your product claim into candidate demo directions, pressure-test which routes are feasible, and prioritize the ideas worth developing into a full proof architecture.
An intensive in-person deep dive into how claims become proof audiences believe. Your teams work through real cases, learn the four elements behind every Omni Demonstration, judge strong demo ideas from weak ones early, and build a shared way of thinking they can reapply across brands.
A digital, on-demand learning experience that carries demo thinking into every corner of your organization. Teams learn at their own pace, revisit content whenever a new brief lands, and onboard new colleagues into the same shared proof language.

Every format is taught by the people who design and build demonstrations for global brands - not by trainers reading from slides. Your teams learn from live examples, physical kits and real project experience, and what they learn is the same methodology we use when we build proof ourselves.

Frequently asked questions
Can the workshops be run onsite at our offices?
Yes. The in-person formats are delivered at your location. We regularly travel for these sessions and have run them across Asia, the USA, and Europe. The Demo Upskilling and Advanced Demo Ideation formats can also be delivered online.
Are there any prerequisites?
No strict prerequisites. What helps most is a clear view of the audience joining and, for Advanced Demo Ideation, the specific product, claim or communication challenge you would like to work on during the session.
How many people can take part?
It depends on the format. Demo Upskilling scales from 10 to 120 participants and we have delivered sessions for 100+ professionals. Advanced Demo Ideation works best with 6 to 20 people around one brief. Demo Thinking is run with a focused team group, and the Demo Academy has no participant limit.
How long do the formats take?
Demo Upskilling runs 1.5 to 2 hours, Advanced Demo Ideation 1.5 to 3 hours, and Demo Thinking 4 to 5 hours in person. The Demo Academy is self-paced digital learning available on demand.
Which format should we start with?
Most teams start with Demo Upskilling to align around demo thinking, or with Advanced Demo Ideation when a concrete product brief is already on the table. Use the 20-second check on this page, or tell us your objective and audience and we will recommend the right entry point.
Do we have to commission a demo after the workshop?
No. Each format is complete on its own and your teams keep what they learn either way. That said, workshops are where the claims worth proving usually surface, so many teams leave with demo directions they then take into development with us.
Not sure where to step in?
Tell us your objective and audience, and we will recommend the right format - or take the 20-second check at the top of this page.
