The process · Four phases
Our Demo Creation
Process.
A direct, proven process to turn product claims into visible, repeatable proof.
We are not an agency guessing at communication. We start with the claim, the science, and the proof point that matters.
Our job is simple: turn hard-to-explain product science into a demo that people understand fast, trust fast, and can use in the real world.
Not sure which kind of demo your claim needs? Take our 3-minute diagnostic for a starting point you can take to your team.
1. Feasibility Check
Start with the truth.
Before anything looks good, it has to work. We begin with the claim, the data, and the challenge behind it. What is the real product truth? What can actually be demonstrated? What will be clear, credible, and repeatable outside perfect lab conditions?
This phase is about science and practicality. We look at:
- the claim and supporting evidence
- the scientific endpoint behind the benefit
- what needs to become visible
- what format makes sense for the audience and channel
- whether the route is realistic, reliable, and repeatable
If the proof is weak, we say it. If the route is unclear, we sharpen it. If it can work, we define how.
Outcome
A clear demonstration route grounded in science, not wishful thinking.
2. Demo Ideation
Turn science into a demo mechanic.
Once the proof point is clear, we build the demonstration around it. This is where technical truth becomes visible communication. We co-create demo ideas that simplify the science without weakening it.
We work on:
- science-backed demo ideas
- visual mechanics that make the benefit obvious
- simple visual metaphors people grasp fast
- testing tools or demonstration formats that fit the claim
- early prototypes and stress-tested routes
Usually, we develop several routes to find the strongest one. Not just the most creative one - the one that lands. The right demo should be simple, real, visible, consumer-friendly, and still credible for R&D and claims teams.
Outcome
One strong demo concept where proof and storytelling work together.
3. Demo Development
Make it work in real life.
A good idea is not enough. The demo has to perform clearly and consistently. This is where we build, test, refine, and stress-test the selected route until it becomes an operational demo asset.
Depending on the project, this can include:
- rapid demo prototyping
- protocol creation
- stress testing
- safety and compliance guidance
- material selection
- setup design
- physical, digital, or video demo development
This phase matters because the demo cannot only work once. It has to work again. And again. In the hands of a team, a market, a retailer, an influencer, or a trainer. We do not stop at “interesting.” We push until the demo is clear, usable, and repeatable.
Outcome
A validated demo asset built for real execution, not just presentation.
4. Demo Deployment
Prepare it for the real world.
Once the demo works, we make it deployable. This is where the demo becomes usable at scale across teams, channels, and markets.
Depending on the need, this can include:
- final tools, materials, and protocols
- global rollout kits
- SOPs and guidelines
- internal training videos
- demo videos and explainers
- digital guidance
- support for retail, events, social, e-commerce, or internal training
The goal is not just delivery - the goal is repeatable use. The demo should stay clear, consistent, on-brand, easy to execute, and credible across every touchpoint. A demo that only works once is not a system. A demo that works across teams and markets is.
Outcome
A demonstration solution ready for activation, rollout, and repeatable use.
The standard
What this process is built to do
Our process is built to help brands:
- turn product science into visible proof
- make claims easy to understand
- bridge R&D truth and audience understanding
- create demos that work across retail, digital, internal, and influencer channels
- build proof assets that are scalable, repeatable, and ready for activation
Simple. Real. Proven.
That is the standard. Not vague ideas. Not agency-style storytelling without proof. Not demos that only work in a perfect room once.
We build demonstrations that make product performance visible and usable in the real world.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How long does it take to create a product demo?
- It depends on the complexity of the claim, the route we choose in the feasibility phase, and the scope of rollout. Once we have your brief, we give you a realistic duration before any work starts - no one-size-fits-all number.
- What does USP Solutions need from us to start?
- Product information, the specific consumer claim you want to land, and any existing R&D, regulatory or technical context. We turn that into a shared brief that locks the claim, audience and success criteria.
- Are the demos scientifically accurate?
- Yes. Every demo is built and validated by our in-house chemists and scientists in our own laboratory, then checked for safety, repeatability and regulatory compliance before any production.
- Can our local sales teams replicate the demo?
- Yes. We design replication kits and step-by-step training materials so any local market team can run the demonstration live, on-brand, anywhere in the world.
